Post split predictions foul-up! Why did no-one tell me they were skewed!?

To be honest, probably no-one was reading, so no-one noticed!. Ah well…it’s a good thing I don’t care. Anyway, after the disastrous previous post where I somehow managed to miss out this Saturdays (17th April) fixtures, I’ve updated the results and recalculated the points.

The result is a whole lot different and we end up relegated by 2 points instead of being saved by 1. The rest of my post still stands however and we must hit a run of form while hoping Falkirk get back to losing ways if we are to have any chance of avoiding the drop.

We must be favourites to go down now because our players just don’t have the dig and bottle of the other teams. We must pray for the miracle of League Reconstruction which is looking decidedly unlikely right now.

Here are my revised predictions – blind predictions based on no more than my initial gut instinct:

17/04/10
Aberdeen v Falkirk  1-2
Hamilton Accies v Kilmarnock  2-1
St Johnstone v St Mirren 1-1
24/04/10
Falkirk v Hamilton Accies    1-1
St Johnstone v Aberdeen      1-0
St Mirren v Kilmarnock          1-1
01/05/10
Aberdeen v Hamilton Accies    1-1
Falkirk v St Mirren                         1-2
Kilmarnock v St Johnstone        2-1
05/05/10
Aberdeen v Kilmarnock        1-0
Falkirk v St Johnstone            2-0
Hamilton Accies v St Mirren              0-2
08/05/10
Kilmarnock v Falkirk                            2-2
St Johnstone v Hamilton Accies      1-1
St Mirren v Aberdeen                           2-0

FINAL TABLE:
